How does
it WORK?
Engineering Real Results, ERR, receives unwanted training time from quality training companies and makes that time available to students who have been unable to complete their courses in the time provided.
Mature students do not always complete training packages in the same time scale. Some never finish courses as many hundreds gain the skills required, in the chosen sector, to make themselves employable before sitting final exams. Others may have a previous understanding of a subject and as such race through that course and sit/pass the final exams much faster than others. In both cases it leaves spare days/weeks of paid for unused training time with providers.
How do
we HELP?
ERR has an aim of helping to plug the “trades Skills gap” and have therefore highlighted to some training companies that this unused time could be used to enable students who, for whatever reason, failed to complete acourse and just need up to a maximum of one year to complete their studies. These training companies have agreed to donate this time to ERR for allocation to worthy cases.
ERR Limited uses the same training provider that the student already has a relationship with to fill any available extra training capacity. The sole expense is a one-time administration fee of £400.00 inc. VAT that is paid to ERR.
**Please note that an alternative fee is applicable for students who are only wanting to complete the NVQ Level 3
How to
APPLY?
Please note that ERR do not provide this service to those currently with a training company. ERR only supplies these resources to students who have reached the end of their allocated time, but still show a willingness to complete their chosen training. Training during these 12 months, is periodically reviewed. ERR will liaise with training companies to ensure students work at the maximum levels to continue receiving this valuable time. This time remains with those who are following the instruction of the tutors and trainers allocated to them.
